Pacific Moon Catering is a family-owned business that brings more than 25 years of foodservice and restaurant management experience to the table. The husband and wife team, Richard and Cynthia combine flavors from their upbringing to create a unique food experience. It’s a little bit of Lao with a touch of Japanese, a hint of Hawaiian with a dash of Korean.
