Five years ago when I got clean and sober I discovered that I am an empath. Meaning that I am highly sensitive to the energies around me. The Universe provided a teacher for me to learn tools to reduce overwhelm, find balance, and manage my energetic space. I realized that I could share these tools with others and help reduce suffering in the world.
I now offer private healing sessions where I help people release energy that is no longer serving them. I guide people to call in their very own bright and shiny energy and offer self-healing tools. Through this practice, I was called to begin integrating the use of essential oils for balance, peace, and joy. I created a line of blends called Vibes Chakra Oils. These are intuitively blended and energetically charged to stimulate the flow of each energy center resulting in lower stress and increased balance and peace.
I have been working with Ventures since all I had was an idea back in 2014. The support that Ventures has provided is more valuable than I can even put into words. Through the support of this organization, I have clarified and refined my dream to create a successful business. One of my challenges has been integrating the spiritual nature of my work with the business world. My coach James has helped me find that balance and stay true to my spirit!
