Roda Food is a fusion of Mexican and Greek flavors, made with fresh ingredients and original recipes.
Husband and wife duo Daniel Arriaga and Maria Adela Chavez are of Mexican heritage themselves, and share an entrepreneurial spirit. Daniel has spent more than 15 years working in kitchens and restaurants making Italian, Greek, American, Asian and Mexican food, while Adela has mastered sales and providing a great customer service experience.
Roda Food also offers catering, and will be selling their Mexican-Greek fusion at events and festivals this summer.
