Ana joined the Ventures team in 2022.
As a Service Business and Incubation Specialist, Ana provides targeted technical assistance to small businesses, and oversees the development of incubation initiatives.
Ana comes to Ventures from the airline Industry, she has over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing, finance, and business development. Ana is an experienced people manager who led a high performance team of account managers, suppliers and vendors. She also managed product development and supply chain processes.
Ana’s innate sense of empathy and her passion for nonprofit organizations led her to Ventures, where she found the ideal environment to apply her experience to the community.
Ana is originally from Nicaragua and came to United State 25 years ago. She lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 8 years, now she is residing in East Seattle with her family.
Her dream business is to own a Beach theme shop in a coastal small town. She loves to travel and to meet people.
