Thyme Well Spent is owned and operated by Chef Chantel Jackson, a Tacoma Hilltop Native who has dreams of being the “world’s lunch lady”. Chantel’s business was born out of her desire to feed people and wanting to be her own boss. Thyme Well spent is more than a catering and/or food business, it is an experience. Not only do they provide catering, but also restaurant consulting, pop up events and more. Chantel is able to create and customize menus based on clients’ events. Some examples of her food are applewood pulled pork with honey cilantro coleslaw, whipped parmesan Yukon potatoes with gravy, and spicy braised cabbage.
