Pacific Moon Catering is a husband/wife owned business started in 2016 with Richard Gushikuma, co-owner and executive chef, who is Japanese and brings more than 25 years of foodservice and restaurant management experience; and Cynthia Yongvang, co-owner and catering director, who is Hmong from Laos and grew up with flavors from Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and France. Together they are inspired to create menus that bring out all these flavors for a unique food experience.
Pacific Moon Catering specializes in Asian fusion cuisine, an exciting mix of flavors and cultures from the Pacific Rim. It’s a little bit of Lao with a touch of Japanese, a hint of Hawaiian with a dash of Korean.
