Giovanni is a dedicated advocate for small businesses, economic empowerment, and equitable policy solutions. As the Government Affairs and Grants Manager at Ventures, he works to strengthen partnerships between government agencies, private enterprises, and nonprofit organizations to expand opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
With a background in government relations, strategic communications, and public policy, Giovanni brings a wealth of experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and securing funding to support mission-driven initiatives. He previously founded and led Tailored Strategies, an LLC specializing in government affairs consulting and campaign strategy, where he advised clients on policy development, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy efforts.
In addition to his role at Ventures, Giovanni serves on the Pierce County Mid-County Land Use Advisory Commission and the Pierce County Lodging Tax Advisory Commission, contributing his expertise to land use planning and economic development initiatives. He is also a Board Member of the Pierce Conservation District, where he plays a key role in governance, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
